Exchange

• You can exchange your order for the same shoe (in a different size) or any other shoe with your required size, subject to availability.
• Simply send the shoes back to us first.
• Once we receive and inspect them, we'll dispatch your replacement pair.
• A Rs. 750 delivery charge applies for shipping the replacement pair.

Refund

• Refunds are only available if we don't have your required shoe size available for exchange in any other shoe on our website.
• Rs. 750 delivery charges and Rs. 500 tax charges will be deducted from the total order amount before the refund is processed.
